Our Philosophy
Always Ahead. Never Just Compliant.
We don't tick boxes. We don't wait for regulations to catch up with us. Every Piekut home is built to exceed current building regulations — engineered as close to the UK's 2050 requirements as today's technology and materials allow.
While others are still meeting yesterday's standards, our clients are already living in tomorrow's homes. MVHR, passive house principles, smart automation, and renewable energy systems are not optional extras — they are the foundation of everything we build.

Why Piekut
01Materials sourced globally, not just locally
We travel the world to find stone, timber, and finishes that meet our exacting standards.
02Smart systems integrated from the ground up
Not retrofitted. Not an add-on. Intelligence is woven into the fabric of every build.
03Always ahead of the regulations
We build as close to 2050 requirements as possible today — so your home is never left behind.
04One client at a time. Always.
We do not divide our attention. Your project receives our complete focus, from first meeting to final key.
Your Home. Reimagined.
We work with a select number of clients each year. If you are considering an extension, a new build, or a complete home replacement — and you refuse to settle for ordinary — we would welcome a conversation.
